The City of Savannah does not issue refunds for our investment to create this unique event and thus the reason there are NO REFUNDS for any event that is green lit or is positively occurring. We will honor a future event for you or friends and family you may select to gift tickets to. Tickets may also be applied towards the equivalency of daytime cemetery tours that are often easier to schedule as a "makeup" tour. If in case of rare instances of cancellation due to government impeding normal operation due to funerals, memorial services, construction, other "Acts of God," your tickets will be good for future After Hours or daytime tour equivalents for yourselves and or family & friends who choose to use your existing tickets.
